BASIC FUNCTION
Coordinates the efforts of engineering work and ensure the timely and qualified delivery of these works for shower door & aluminum mirror cabinet products as designated. Coach junior engineers on product design, development, and improvement.
Major Requirement
1- Honest, assertive and own good professional ethics;
2- 5+ years of working experience in stainless steel industry.
3- At least 2 years supervisory experience either in project or in people management.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
1- Leads cross-functional projects involving design, fabrication, validation, and manufacture of complex subassemblies, systems, processes, equipment and facilities. Conceives and plans whole projects;
2- Defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities.
3- Assume project fiscal responsibilities;
4- Monitors and takes corrective action.
5- Develops specifications for product or process systems from customer requirements.
6- Utilizes parameter design to assure robustness.
7- Translate customer, regulatory, and reliability requirements into validation process.
8- Uses FMEA to define verification requirement
