? To develop and implement yearly Marketing Plans, and ensure proper implementation by the Marketing and Sales functions

? To execute and monitor yearly promotion budgets as allocated to the Product Management function

? To develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders on a national and regional level through personal calls and joint calls with the sales force
与销售人员配合发展国家级VIP
? To design and prepare promotional campaigns and materials; all printed matters; product advertisements; product-related gimmicks stick to the promotion strategy. And ensure proper usage by Marketing and Sales
根据推广策略设计推广活动、物料、资料、广告、品牌提示物，并指导销售人员使用
? To organize relevant (international, national or regional) scientific and promotion events according to the Yearly Planning, and in cooperation with the Local marketing managers and the Sales Dept.
根据年度计划组织相关学术活动，配合地区推广
? To design and carry out marketing research
设计并完成市场调查
To collaborate with sales training department to develop training concept.
协助培训部完成培训理念
职位要求
? A degree in medical / medicine / commercial / marketing discipline; pharmaceutical experience
? 0-5 years working experience in areas of product or marketing management
? sales experience
? Leadership ability / potential, ambitious
? Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills as well as partnership
? Average command of Chinese, written and oral
? Good computer skills -
