Requirement:
-Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a reputed University of China with good academic records
-10~15 yrs of working experience of which at least 8yrs in sales and marketing activities with any reputed engineering company dealing in products/projects for major process industries in China.
-Should have the flair in technical sales and independently dealing at senior levels of various reputed customers (both private and state owned companies ) in China.
-At least 5 yrs experience with one of the reputed heat tracing companies at least as a head of any regional or departmental operation leading a team of professionals.
-Well conversant in both written and spoken English
-Well conversant with Lap Top computer based working:e-mails, word, excel, power point, etc. and also capability to read AutoCAD files.
-Experienced in dealing with the corporate HQ of multinational companies, preferably from USA on a regular basis.
-Adequate knowledge of business operations related to developing suitable business models, business plans, budgeting, cost control, value additions and diversifications to grow the current business to the next level.
-The management expects this new person to bring in a set of new customers/business opportunities to this company and improve the operating efficiency of the local operations ( company as well as for the dealers) so that over all business can be grown significantly with improved operating profits. -
