Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, implement, and oversee human resources policies and activities including, C&B, Recruiting, training and development, performance management, reward management, employee relations,and related.
Provide professional advice to departments regarding HR in compliance with local laws and regulations to maximize utilization of the Segment‘ resources for achieving its objective
Day to day management of company‘ management policies in area of HR.
Provision of professional advice to departments regarding HR,in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Establishment and promotion of internal communication system to ensure smooth and multi-dimensional communications so as to support the alignment of all business activities.
Development of direct reports and other HR employee, coaching, and other activities in order to continuously motivate and improve individual and group performances.
Work Location: Shenzhen
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree with excellent personal integrated qualities.
Sound knowledge and skills in HRM especially in C&B.
Formulation, culture and value building and change management.
Experience in Euro or US company before.
Sound knowledge and skills in communication.
Sound knowledge in local labor laws and regulations.
Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing projects.
Very good skills in delegation and supervision.
Very good command of both written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good track records in human resources management. -
